Teen STEAM: DIY Fresh Mozzarella
Teen STEAM allows teens to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics by working on hands on projects that help them to develop critical thinking skills, hone their creativity, practice working independently and collaboratively as well as practice problem-solving through engaging projects.
June's project will be learning the science behind how to make homemade fresh mozzarella, which will then be turned into antipasto skewers to be eaten!
