DESCRIPTION:Dia de los Niños y del Libro (Día) is a national celebration 
 of literacy and culture created by the American Library Association. This 
 year\, Richmond Public Library and the Richmond Region League of United 
 Latin American Citizens will host their second annual Día event from 1-4pm 
 on Saturday\, April 29th at the Broad Rock Branch Library. Representatives 
 from a wide variety of cultural and literacy-oriented organizations from 
 the Richmond region will host storytimes and activities to highlight the 
 vibrant culture of our community\, encourage literacy\, and connect 
 families to local resources.\n\n\n\n\nEl Día de los Niños y del Libro es 
 una celebración nacional de alfabetización y cultura creada por la 
 American Library Association. Este año\, la Biblioteca Pública de 
 Richmond y la Liga de Ciudadanos Latinoamericanos Unidos de la Región de 
 Richmond organizarán su segundo evento anual el día 29 de abril de 1 a 4 
 pm\, en la Biblioteca de la sucursal de Broad Rock. Representantes de 
 varias organizaciones culturales y orientadas a la alfabetización en 
 Richmond organizarán lecturas de cuentos y actividades para resaltar la 
 vibrante cultura de nuestra comunidad\, fomentar la alfabetización y 
 conectar a las familias con las organizaciones locales.
