Victor Mackenzie, Jr., Executive Director of SAARA, will host. The Substance Abuse and Addiction Recover Alliance of Virginia (SAARA) is a statewide organization that advocates, educates, and supports individuals, families, and communities affected by substance use disorder (SUD) and the disease of addiction.
