First Friday, a monthly opening-night reception for all the artists of the library's galleries, will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021, from 6:30--9:00 pm.  The featured art exhibits are the following:

Color and black-and-white images of a variety of subjects by the contributing members of the Focus Group Camera Club

"City Street Life: Seen by Three"--six street experiences illustrated by three Richmond artists, Steve Ferretti, Lisa Lezell Levine and Ed Tepper

"Friends in the Streets: an artist's view on homelessness" by Connie de Bordenave

"Full Circle"-collages by Gina Catlin

Live music will be provided by Mike Klemen--solo accordian, and Adwela & the Uprising--Reggae
