Virginia has become quite the hot spot for film production. In fact, there are currently three films in various stages of production in the Metro Richmond Area according to the Virginia Film Office. What's more, with viewers yearning for more content during the pandemic, the film industry is booming, producing jobs that cannot be replaced by automation. From actors and directors to electricions, carpenters, and food truck operators, there are a variety of careers supported by the film industry.
