Join Gerry Gorman, long time meditator, as he discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, yet powerful meditation technique that can enrich one’s life personally, professionally and spiritually. 

Gerry Gorman has worked as a professional engineer, engineering manager, and business development executive for a number of computer controls and technology companies. Today, he has his own company, Emergency Message Controls. A student of meditation for over 30 years, Gerry studied with two of the most respected mystics of our time. He describes a very practical form of meditation and explores how this practice can help each of us develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. Gerry has been married for over 30 years and has two grown children.
