Old School Skills: How to Bake Bread

Yeast? Sourdough? Do you use milk or water? How do you make BREAD? Join us for the second part of our workshop on bread making. This class will meet at Sub Rosa Bakery to see the inner workings of one of Church Hill's best bakeries. Librarian Adam Zimmerli will be leading the class on yeasted breads, having been an amateur baker for years. Participants will enjoy hands-on instruction and some basic troubleshooting, as well as a few samples along the way. Please call (804) 646-4474 today to register, as class size is limited.
