Art Exhibits @ Main 2018

The following exhibits will be on display for two months from Friday, September 7,  2018, through Tuesday, October 30, 2018:

Gellman Room, Dooley Foyer & Dooley Hall —“Herald 4—Drawing from the Knew” —7 regional artists:  Jim Black, David Decker, John Grant, Jere Kittle, Paul Terrell, Kathleen Westkaemper, and David R. White present their newest and un-exhibited works in painting, photography, and a site-specific organic installation

2nd Floor Gallery — “Little Boy Baloo ” — illustrations and live poetry by Richmond artist Rob Gibsun

The library’s permanent collections include works by David Freed, Helen & Alvin Hattorf, and Anne Newbold Perkins.

First Friday @ Main

First Friday, a monthly opening-night reception for all the artists of the library’s galleries, will be held on Friday September 7, 2018, from 6:30—9:00 pm.
