Zine Workshop & Swap (Read Up Richmond)
Zines can be powerful tools for political activism, providing a low-cost, DIY medium for sharing information, organizing, and promoting social change. Hear how zines have served as a form of education and resistance throughout history, then learn how to create single-page zines and contribute to a collaborative zine with other participants. Each attendee will have the opportunity to swap zines with others and submit their work to Richmond Public Library's Zine Collection, which will be showcased at the upcoming RPL Zine Fest!.
