Learn the basics of conversational Spanish in a friendly and supportive setting!
This six-week course is primarily intended for adults who have little or no experience with the language.
Week 1, 10/22: Classroom phrases, alphabet and pronunciation, greetings, farewells
Week 2, 10/29: Geography, saying where you are from. formal vs. informal, numbers
Week 3, 11/5: Age, dates, people, possession, descriptions
Week 4, 11/12: What people like and like doing, verbs, nouns
Week 5, 11/19: Using regular verbs in the present tense
No class on 11/26
Week 6, 12/3: Review and fiesta
