Mindful Mondays: Self-Care Plans

Mindful Mondays takes place on the 2nd Monday of each month to promote being present and intentional at the start of the week by introducing new ways to practice self-care and mindfulness.

This month's Mindful Monday topic will be learning about the eight dimensions of wellness and how to develop self-care plans.
