Crafting Conversations
Join us at this bi-weekly fiber arts program at West End Branch Library. Drop-in on the second and fourth Monday of each month to have assistance with basic mending, to work on a knitting or crochet project, put together a quilt or any other fiber craft. While crafting, the conversations begin in an open and welcoming space. You may work on your own project in a communal setting. No sign up is required.
What we provide:
- Basic hand-sewing supplies (pins, needles, thread)
- One sewing machine
- A random assortment of scrap fabric and sewing notions
- Books and resources for visible mending, upcycling, knitting, crochet and more
- Iron
