YA Yoga

 

YA Yoga is a series of yoga workshops for young/new adults in Richmond, teaching basic yoga skills, promoting dexterity, flexibility, strength, balance, and health-related fitness. Join us and Michelle Lee Landon, a popular certified yoga teacher, who offers community yoga workshops around the city, including at VMFA and Maymont. All you need to bring is your own yoga mat!

 

Note: this program is intended for young and new adults from ages 13 through age 24.
