Teen Anime Manga Association (TAMA): Paper Cranes
TAMA is a teen Anime & Manga club that meets monthly for anime screenings, anime and manga discussions, and a Japanese cultural (such as food, holidays, traditions) or anime/manga related craft.
For July, we will be celebrating Japanese Tanabata (Star Festival) by creating paper crane chains. This festival is referenced in multiple Studio Ghibli films such as When Marnie Was There. Join us to watch your favorite anime shows/movies and learn more about Japanese culture.
