Lunch and Learn - Small Business Legal Workshop

Take a break, learn, and have lunch on us! Part 3 of a summer series, Richmond Public Law Library is hosting an educational workshop focused on counseling and legal resources for small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Richmond region. Learn the basics of how to set up a business, legal filings and entity status such as LLC, S-Corp, B-Corp, and more. The Law Librarian will also show patrons how to access sample legal documents such as contracts, MOAs, and licensing agreements using the Law Library's free resources. Also learn how agencies such as the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the City of Richmond Business Services can help small businesses in the Richmond region.

This workshop will be held in the Richmond Room of Main Library located at 101 E. Franklin Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Call 804-646-6500 for details. Call if you have any dietary restrictions.

Lunch will be provided. Registration required to receive lunch ticket.
