Get Involved: CASA Information Session for How to Help Children in Foster Care
Imagine what it feels like to be a child who has experienced trauma and adversity in their young life and is now involved in Richmond's court system. So many of them are waiting for a caring, committed volunteer like you to help them navigate change and uncertainty, new schools, and even the foster care system. This information session led by Greater Richmond SCAN will teach you how you can become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and make sure a child does not have to face the courts and foster care system alone.
