Gellman Room Concerts: Virginia State University Concert Choir
The Virginia State University Concert Choir under the direction of Dr. Craig L. Roberston will perform a variety of choral selections representative of the HBCU choral experience.
Since 1973, the Gellman Room Concerts have been free and open to the public. The concerts were initiated by Myra Knight, Senior Librarian of the Art and Music Department at RPL, “to give Richmond area instrumentalists and vocalists a place to perform and entertain countless music lovers.”
